By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Mystly provides astrology-related digital content and services, which may include:

  • personalized astrology readings;
  • horoscope content;
  • birth chart interpretations;

  • astrology tools, reports, or related digital features;
  • other astrology-related services.

The services are provided for informational, reflective, entertainment, and personal-development purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, professional, or scientific advice.

2. Eligibility

If you are under 18, you may use the services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly provide services to children under 16.

Payments, subscription checkout, billing management, payment-method updates, invoice access, and subscription cancellation may be handled through Stripe-hosted pages, including Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to:

  • provide accurate billing and payment information;
  • authorize Stripe and us to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other disclosed amounts;
  • keep your payment method valid and up to date;
  • pay all charges associated with your selected subscription.

Subscription prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

  • subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period;
  • you will be charged on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled;
  • cancellation takes effect according to the cancellation terms shown in Stripe or on the website;
  • cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund past payments;
  • access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

We may also cancel, suspend, or restrict paid access if payment fails, the subscription expires, the payment is disputed, fraud or misuse is suspected, or these Terms are breached.

5. Refunds, Failed Payments, and Consumer Rights

Refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout, applicable law, and our refund decisions where legally permitted.

Because Mystly provides digital content and digital services, EU consumer withdrawal rights may be affected once digital performance begins, especially where you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Greek or EU law.

If a payment fails, Stripe or we may notify you and may retry payment. We may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is completed.

6. Nature of Astrology Services

Astrology services are interpretive and symbolic.

You acknowledge that:

  • astrology content is not guaranteed to be accurate;
  • astrology content should not be treated as factual prediction;
  • you are responsible for decisions you make based on the content;
  • the services are not a substitute for licensed professional advice.

You should not rely on the services for decisions involving health, safety, legal rights, financial investments, employment, relationships, or emergencies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the website unlawfully;
  • attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or redistribute website content;

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Greek or EU law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STEPURA VLADYSLAV YUR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or reliance on astrology content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • you misuse the services;
  • we are required to do so by law;
  • continued service would create risk for us, other users, or third parties;
  • payment fails;
  • your subscription expires or is cancelled;
  • a payment is disputed, reversed, refunded, or suspected to be fraudulent.

You may stop using the services at any time. Stopping use of the website does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel the subscription through the available Stripe-hosted billing portal or by contacting us.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Greece, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
